Everytime I have read something about occult, etiher a few sentences in some occult book or anything in some article on the net, when I go to sleep I experience bad dreams with emotions of fear, emptiness, depression, sometimes even people or other creatures attacking me in the dreams. And these emotions are still active the next few days. I have also woken up from sleep because of deep fear. Is this demons that are hunting me?

In one sense or another yes. One sense is demons attacking you in the night, it is possible. The other sense is the projection of this stuff on your mind, which that projection itself is demonic and that is more likely. Either way you are getting a dose of something you don't need. And think about this: nothing happens that God hasn't allowed or otherwise knows about. But you have taken in this negative stuff so your brain is processing garbage in which you experience as garbage out !
So since you know you are sensitive to this stuff then knock it off and study scripture instead, this glorifies God. Scripture says to give no place to the devil so why go there ?

So encourage you to repent and asks God for His grace and mercy to remove whatever needs to be removed. Then as encouraged above, fill your mind with Scriptures including bedtime such as: (like to make them personal)

Playing around with the devil's "toys" is a way of "signaling" that you of your own free will - choose the devil. He raises that flag to God and says "Hey! See? Look at this. This person is choosing me of his/her own free will... I did not make them do it... now you gotta let me have at them".
Of course God gives you some grace for having done so a bit unwittingly but sooner or later the devil's appeal to fair game will win out.
Choose God instead
