The automatic assumption this is the school's fault is something I really find annoying. Then again kids' that form packs tend to influence each other's behavior.

I'm amazed that anyone would believe anything they saw in the mainstream media. It's all just propaganda and misdirection. It has been for a very long time.

According to the teen's mother, rather than chastising the boy, she supported their actions and blamed black Moslems.... Maga hat boy's mother blames 'black Muslims' after son harasses Native American man

The mother claims it was the boys who were under attack and that the elderly gentleman drummed in the boys face and that were called rude names by onlookers of the spectacle....

This has zero to do with who you vote for and everything to do with markers of being humane. Why would you turn this, yet again for the millionth time on CF, into another Reps v Dems debate. There are matters which are beyond politics. This is a case of 'You have disgraced yourselves, and your school. You have been deplorable towards elders of our first people. What have you got to say for yourselves?'

I've seen some extended footage on this. Unfortunately, in addition to being accosted and humiliated by those christian teen boys, they were also verbally harassed by Moslem Americans. This poor group of native Americans got it from both sides.... they got it from Backs, Whites, Christian and Moslems.

What is going on there that there's so much tension?

The Native American man approached the group of boys, he got into the face of the boy at the center of this and started beating a drum right in front of his face. This was clearly provocative. The boys were responding to Black Hebrew Israelites, a group known for their outrageous racists beliefs and in particular jeered at the BHI when they called Trump a Homosexual.

Who escalated the situation here? From a letter by one of the Covington students, they explain they were jumping to the beat of the Indian man's drum not out of mockery but thought he was joining in their cheering. They became more confused as the man continued to beat the drum in the Kid's face as time went on.

The Maga kids did nothing wrong, they didn't have to leave simply because a person of another race approached them.

This is not the Mother's version but an examination of the footage. Show me where in the video the kids approached the Native American Activist. Show me where they say "build the wall." I did hear one native American in the video comment that the kids should go back to Europe and that they as Native Americans had been there for a million generations. Who is being more racist or bigoted there? When the BHI say they have two N****** in the crowd who is being more provocative? What did these boys do wrong exactly except stand their ground and refuse to move?

If its true you have seen extended footage, then note how the teens tighten a ring around the party and prevent them moving forward. Listen to the words from the boys and the jeers. .... I know nothing of the 'wall' comment and never indicated it.... Now behind the native americans there was a group of Black Moslem Americans who were evangelising, and were throwing remarks about "false Worship" to the party and also to others including the teens.

Show the video evidence of the teen tightening around as a ring to prevent anyone from leaving. It is clear the Native American didn't want to leave and they themselves approached the group of teens. Nathan Philips, the Native American, admits he approached the teens to "diffuse the situation.." How what he did diffused anything you tell me.

Philips says the teens were attacking the Hebrew Israelites. Which is a lie, they were responding to the provocative preaching sure, but attacking no one.

What did the boys do wrong exactly? Should they have bowed and groveled when Philips approached? How is standing there and smiling wrong exactly? Also the black men were not Muslims but Hebrew Israelites.

The Black Hebrews are not Muslims. Let's not get Muslims into this. I think the mother has issues, but I do think the Black Hebrews were being disruptive and the boys did the wrong thing by responding to them. I also think the boys should have heeded the man, instead of taunting him.
