Is it true that political debates are Always searching to deal with problems like overflowings of water and trying to prevent the issues of turning the tap off from being discussed?
Isn't the response to that question the only barrier to the resolving of collective problems?
Isnt everyone a bit of a politician?
Isn't Christ the only one to speak of turning the tap off, when a huge majority speaks of overflowings of water? And what is politics' goal?

Yes ,everyone can be involved in politics ,and coming from France I am surprised you don't know that .It is probably the most politically involved country in the world , as a way of life .
To answer the question "what is politics goal " , I think a better way of saying would be ,"what is the purpose of politics ", because there are as many goals in politics ,as there are individuals , whereas there is only one answer to the question as you put it .
I can answer the latter qusetion if you like .

French people speaking to french people..
because there are as many goals in politics ,as there are individuals
You put it yourself: politics is unable to make people understand each other, for it promotes individualities to the detriment of authentic reciprocal listening to the others. The tempted people, like sheep, only agree on talking of overflowing waters , and never of turning off the tap, which only Christ did dare to propose. Remember: He told Pilate He came to bear witness to Truth; No Wonder He finished on the cross. Whereas Pilate knew Jesus was innocent, he also knew he would never have enough courage to save him from death. Indeed, nobody dares, nor may be want to bear witness to Truth: If there are overflowing waters, it's because first a tap was turn on far far in the past

Politics is how groups of people govern themselves.
tulc(isn't sure what Peter2's apparent plumbing problems has to do with it)
Yes they have: wondering why Pilate, as politician and governor governed, together with the crowd of Jews, the way he did, in the case of Jesus.
