Luke 1:6 walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless BECAUSE HE PAID FOR OUR SINS SO WE ARE BLAMELESS. so we still continue to sin till the day we drop dead.
Thank you for the effort, but you could have saved yourself the work if you believed the Gospel of Jesus Christ
You are reading meaning into the text that isn't there. It plainly states they walked in (kept) all of God's commandments and ordinances. Thus revealing it is possible to keep God's law faithfully.

Having said that, you need to change your attitude. You come across as rude and condescending. There is no need to use large font in the way you have here. And implying I don't believe in the gospel just because I don't agree with your statement about God's law is inappropriate. You are setting a poor example of what it means to be a follower of Jesus by behaving in this manner.

John 13:34-35 (NKJV) "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Before posting a response to someone, you should ask yourself if your words are reflective of a spirit intending to help or to abuse. If you can't handle treating people who disagree with you with respect, then a forum is not the right place for you.

I used the bold to remind you not to add works to the Gospel. Jesus completed the work of salvation so please don't say we need to keep the law because you know as well as I do that's impossible to do so.

Jesus said, he who "believes" in me shall be saved. He didn't mention any law or works

That is only found in the OT for the Jews. In the NT we find that Christ is our Sabbath so it's every day not only one day of the week.
Heb 4:8 For if Joshua gave them rest, then He would not have afterwards spoken about another day.
Heb 4:9 So, then, there remains a sabbath rest to the people of God.

All of the feasts point to various works of Christ. We can walk through them if you want... Passover speaks of our redemption, Unleavened Bread a life without sin, Pentecost the giving of the law at Sinai AND the Spirit in Acts (yes, the same day)... Trumpets the end time gathering, Kippur the removal of sin, and Tabernacles, the wedding feast and our living among our Lord.

We teach that all feasts are fulfilled, but you should be able to see that the fall feasts (the last three mentioned) are still dealing with things to come. Here is another... do you know what the first feast listed in Lev. 23 is? The answer is, the weekly Sabbath. So what does IT point to?

The answer is the Millennial Kingdom... for 6000 years we toil, decay and die. But then when he returns, we are changed, made incorruptible, and we live in peace in his presence for 1000 years. The Sabbath (work 6 days and rest one) POINTS to that time... 6 days is like 6000 years, 1 day is like the 1000 years. It STILL POINTS to something yet to come which is what Hebrews 4:8-9 is saying. Joshua didn't lead them into that final Kingdom and therefore there remains a Sabbath day of rest for the people of God BECAUSE it is still pointing to something to come. When we teach that we can just rest any day we want... we remove the picture that God created to point to work He was going to do.

This isn't "works unto salvation"... it is the saved doing what God desires.

He was forced to do some of that by a mob. You also have NOT produced 80 examples of Paul keeping the Sabbath. He didn't...not one time.
No where does it say he was forced to do this by a mob. He remained at the synagogue for a year and a half after they accepted Jesus, to teach them about Him from the old testament on the Sabbath. And when you total them up, it's 78 Sabbath days in total. He was friendly with them. The first group he disputed with, but that's it. After their disagreement he abandoned them.

lol...you said 80 examples and you start with something showing he went there to try to convert people? He didn't keep the Sabbath.
Acts 13:42-44
42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.

43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.

44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.

Here both jews and greeks kept the sabbath, after they accepted Jesus, to hear the wonders Paul had to show them about our Savior.

Acts 16:11-13
11 Therefore loosing from Troas, we came with a straight course to Samothracia, and the next day to Neapolis;

12 And from thence to Philippi, which is the chief city of that part of Macedonia, and a colony: and we were in that city abiding certain days.

13 And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither.

Here Paul is keeping the sabbath, apart from even being with anyone. He just happened to run into a woman, who either got word they would be there, or just also happened to be there.

Acts 18:1-4
18 After these things Paul departed from Athens, and came to Corinth;

2 And found a certain Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, lately come from Italy, with his wife Priscilla; (because that Claudius had commanded all Jews to depart from Rome:) and came unto them.

3 And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupation they were tentmakers.

4 And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.

This one is extra special, because it shows that both, jews and greeks were in the synagogue.

Acts 20:6 -
6 And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and came unto them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven days.

Paul keeping unleavened bread.

There's still even more examples of Paul keeping feasts and also practicing the nazarite vow as well, which again, ends, in animal sacrifice.

Saying we can keep God's commandments is not the same as saying we are saved by keeping His commandments. Even if I could keep God's commandments flawlessly from this day forth, I would still need Jesus for salvation (see John 14:6).

The work of salvation is more than God saying, "I forgive you." He gives us a new heart, a heart of obedience—with a bent towards doing what is good (see Jeremiah 31:33). God makes it happen. It's not of our own doing. Our part is to cooperate with Him in the process. But people often resist the Spirit, because they are spiritually immature (see Hebrews 5:12-14; Romans 6:15-23).

When they fail, they believe the lie that it is impossible to live a life of obedience to God. Thus they justify their sin. What else are they saying but that God expects them to keep a command that is not possible to keep?

Yet it's not impossible to do what God commands (see Philippians 4:13). God wants to show us that all things are possible with Him. It takes faith on our part to allow that promise to take root in our hearts, that it may bear fruit in our lives (see Mark 9:23b; Luke 17:6). God doesn't just forgive us, He cleanses us from all unrighteousness (see 1 John 1:9; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

I don't believe it is impossible to do what God commands. I don't believe God would command us to do something if it were not possible. To me, that would be an unreasonable expectation.

I have learned that as long as I think like a failure, I will never reach my full potential as a Christian. I would rather have positive thoughts about what God can do than to allow my mind to be flooded with negative thoughts about past failures. Onward Christian soldier!

Jeremiah 31:33 (NKJV) "But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."
And this is repeated in Hebrews 8:10 and is almost an exact quote.

I’m a SDA and I’ve always have been taught Saturday is the sabbath. And are to use it for rest and to study his word.
Saturday is still the Sabbath day and has never changed, nor will it ever change.

The Apostles and Christ Never preached nor kept another Sabbath day but kept the same day that has always been kept(Acts 13:14, Acts 13:42-44, Acts 15:21, Acts 16:13, Acts 17:1-3, Acts 18:4). Christ is the Lord of the Sabbath day(mark 2:27-28) had another day been given for rest then he would have spoken of it(Hebrews 4:8) but no other day was given. Instead we are told that the sabbath day(Saturday) still Remains as our day of rest(Hebrews 4:1-11) that even in the New heavens and the New earth is the Sabbath day being kept(Isaiah 66:23). The sabbath has been kept since the beginning by both the Lord and the angels(Genesis 2:2).

Only The Book of the Covenant(Exodus 34:27; Exodus 24:7; 2 Kings 23:21; 2 Kings 23:2) was fulfilled(along with the Promise of Faith and other prophecies) as it was only for a time, that is why he said there was going to be a new covenant(Jeremiah 31:31-34, Isaiah 28:10,13-19, Ezekiel 36:23-27,29-31). That is why the book of law, written by the hand of Moses(Exodus 34:27; Nehemiah 9:13,14) was not placed inside the ark of the Covenant with the ten commandments that were written in stone by the finger of God Twice (Deuteronomy 10:2-5;Exodus 25:16; Exodus 31:16-18; Exodus 34:1), but were instead placed by the side ofthe ark( Deut 31:26) signifying that the book of law(the book of the covenant) was only for a time till Christ fulfilled them(Matt 5:17-18). The Ten commandments can all be shown in the New testament that we are to keep them, this includes the Keeping of the sabbath day(Saturday), the Ten commandments are still in effect and the Day of rest has not changed.

I hope this has helped you, may the peace and light of the Lord God Yahshua the Christ Guide you.

I agree with all of that, but you still need to admit that you will continue to sin every single day of your life until you die. Christ died to save us from the penalty our sins deserve, He never said we would be sinless when we believe in Him.

We are not given to sin, we fight temptation every minute but we won't receive our glorified sinless bodies until we die

The NT says all meats are clean now. Why are you citing things from a different religion?

That's a huge accusation. You say we aren't listening to God except none of the NT supports your claims.

Still quoting from things written to people in a different religion. The NT doesn't contain any of these things.

The Sabbath is something new since Christ.

I won't deal with many points in one post. Keep it short.

What different religion?

All of the Bible supports what I say, because I don't begin by throwing out half of it.

Again, what different religion?

Since Jesus established the Sabbath, it was new from the beginning and has never changed.
Who's word do you believe, God or a church denomination?

You said ---- "Just as every law God gave us"

Well that's a straight out lie because Jesus abolished most of the old testament laws.

Jesus fulfilled the whole law for us, so we don't need to anymore.

When you finished your homework in school, does that mean nobody ever had to do homework again?
Look up fulfill because Churches tend to make up their own definition to fit their theology.

I can only admit that temptation to sin will be present for the rest of my life. How I respond to it will determine the outcome. I am the only one who must take responsibility for my choices. Should I choose wrongly, then I have assurance of this promise: 1 John 1:9 (NKJV) "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

The sin you may commit today may not be a sin you commit tomorrow. It is possible never to repeat a sin. If one sin can be overcome, then why not all? It all comes down to our choices.

So are you saying we do away with the commandments because they tell you to keep the Sabbath? Or did the commandments only apply to the Jews?
I read an article about a woman who was arrested during an anti-government protest in a foreign nation. She claimed she was in prison forced to sew clothes long hours seven days a week. Once she worked six weeks straight before she got a day of rest. It is a blessing to have a day of rest once or twice a week.

Jesus was criticized for healing during the Sabbath. Some people wanted to kill him for it, because Moses commanded people who worked during the Sabbath should be stoned. They thought healing was work.

Mark 3:1-6 (WEB)
1 He entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man there who had his hand withered. 2 They watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him. 3 He said to the man who had his hand withered, “Stand up.” 4 He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?”But they were silent. 5 When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other. 6 The Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

Jesus and his disciples gleaned grain during the Sabbath; another violation of their law (Matthew 12). By Jesus' example I may rest or work on the Sabbath depending on what I want to do.

I listen to God in the bible and reject the words of man such as yourself because you are teaching Christians to obey a law meant only for Jews plus that law doesn't even exist anymore. Christ fulfilled the Sabbath and became it that's why Christians in the majority do not rest on Saturdays. The minority is incorrect on this subject.

Traveling wasn't forbidden on the Sabbath actually. That's a common misconception regarding the Sabbath. According to the bible, No such command was even given by God, only through the traditions and man-made commands of the Jews. Traveling was forbidden according to the word and command of man, not God.

Read through the Torah (the first five books of the bible), you'll find no such command. That's something men created, not God.
