This thread makes me want to finish off reading all of Asimov's Foundation novels^_^.
I thought his first three were good. After that I thought he lost something.

It did seem to get kind of monotonous. I don't remember reading anything thru them that would have given the impression he jumped the shark. But if I get back into them, I hope he build up a climax thru each novel. Because each one seemed to be too stand alone.

He wrote a neat short story called "It's Such a Beautiful Day."

Which body part of your anatomy would you replace with a robotic if you could?
Since I am a diabetic, this would be a no-brainer. I would replace my pancreas, which makes insulin. Then I could have enjoy my favorite drink,a virgin Strawberry Daiquiri. Strawberry ice cream would also be wonderful for me to taste again.

Well, I already am making plans to replace one hip but it won't be robotic when they are done.

A robotic back would help me with my job and make life easier. If not that, a hand...one with more strength and could tolerate extremes in heat or cold. But I'd keep the other hand because I want to be able to feel the sensation of touch.

You should also be sharing your answers if you are asking the questions...
I was going to, but my answer wouldn't be appropriate for this forum. Or at least to some of the people who report posts. I have warnings that need to be expired before I post more risky stuff.
