The scripture Luke 13:35 actually points to the coming of Elijah who comes in the name of the Lord. It's saying that the Lord will not return again until you receive Elijah as actually coming from God. This Elijah is the "messiah" that the Israelites are waiting for, except this Elijah is actually a Christian! And he disciplines them for not having believed in Yahshua.
