Thank you for the warm welcome and advice you all have given me! Lately, I have been working on being more positive and trying to teach myself new things but I definitely do get discouraged easily, but one step at a time. I took the advice many of you gave me and I have been reading passages from the bible every single day and trying to read books because I used to be love reading and I am trying to do things that remind me of happier times. The hardest thing to do is remain positive and happy and tonight is honestly one of those nights where it is harder then most, I dont want to sound ungrateful, but I dream and hope for the night where I will fall asleep feeling blissfully happy and wake up feeling incredibly blessed. For now it is quite a challenge, but I am trying to get better and become a better person.

Some verses to think about.
Psalms 4:8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
Psalms 127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
Proverbs 3:24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

Spending one on one time with Lord has worked wonders with my personal relationship with Him. The more it grows, the more I want it to grow. Side benefit is the joy keep growing also.

Prayer and the Scriptures day by day.

Good passages to read are: John chapter 3; John chapter 14; Psalm 46; the list is limitless.

Here you will be able to talk with Catholics and get help and advice from them.

This particular section of CF is really for introductions, and you introduced yourself back in February. The other place where you will be able to get good solid advice is Christian Advice
