He became a man like us in every way but without sin. Furthermore, the body without a soul is.....?

Granted, while GOD's soul is eternal and uncreated, Scripture does describe how GOD has a soul:
  • Leviticus 26:11
And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
  • Leviticus 26:30
And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
  • Isaiah 42:1
Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.
  • Zechariah 11:8
Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul lothed them, and their soul also abhorred me.
  • Matthew 12:18
Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.
  • Hebrews 10:38
Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

You said:
A Spirit does not have material extension.

Actually, while angels can bend the laws of physics of our universe, angels (who are spirits) can interact with our physical world, as well. For we see angels eat food given to them by Abraham (See Genesis 18:1-8). We also see angels possess other human beings who are physical material beings, as well (Matthew 17:18).

You said:
It is not the nature of Spirit to have location.

Yet, the Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus in the shape of a dove at his baptism and the Holy Spirit can indwell believers.

You said:
But a soul is part of human nature Human nature requires the body and soul to be one person to be a complete human. A soul is created to have material extension and have location. Jesus had a soul or he wouldn't be fully human like us

The problem with thinking Jesus had a human soul is that it would violate the command to worship GOD alone (See Matthew 4:10, and Exodus 20:3).

In addition, while Jesus suppressed His Omniscience (i.e. To know all things) so as to be a like type figure of Adam and to be our substitute, Jesus also had power as God, too.

#1. Jesus said He has power to raise the dead to life just as the Father had power to raise the dead (John 5:21).
#2. Hebrews 1:3 talks about how Christ held all things together by the word of His power when He purged us of our sins.
#3. Jesus said, He would raise up this Temple (His body) three days later (John 2:19).
#4. Jesus had the power to forgive sins and give eternal life (Mark 2:7) (Luke 7:44-50) (John 14:6).
#5 Jesus had power to take away the sins of the entire world (John 1:29).
#6. Jesus Christ said wherever two or three are gathered in my name, there I am among them (Matthew 18:20). This was said to the people he was around and not to just us today.
#7. Jesus received worship as God (Matthew 28:9). In none of the times the Bible describes Jesus being worshiped did He ever tell them to stop, unlike with the time when Peter refused worship and the angel refused John bowing down to him (See Acts of the Apostles 10:25-26; Revelation 19:9-10).

John 16:17
No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.
John 6:45
It is written in the Prophets: 'They will all be taught by God.' Everyone who has heard the Father and learned from him comes to me.

But how do you define the Trinity in light of these pieces of Scripture?

Well I don't believe Jesus had a human soul. I believe the Son that was (his spirit) was in the tent of the body that was prepared for him.

The scripture that comes to mind in regard to oneness is that that the Father is in the Son and the Son in the Father.
John 17
I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one23I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
John 14
Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

In regard to His death only the body not his Spirit

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.

Its also clear to me Jesus wasn't emptied of the Father.

You emphasized the word "Oneness" within your post; Are you saying you believe in Modalism (or Oneness Pentecostalism)?
Please take note that I am not accusing you of believing in Modalism; I am merely asking to find out what you believe.

What is Modalism?

Modalism is a belief generally held by United Pentecostals.

Modalism says that there is no distinctive persons within the Godhead. That God the Father just puts on a mask and pretends to be the Son; Others believe it says all three persons are smashed together whereby the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost do not have any kind of distinctiveness anymore. But the Bible makes it clear that the Father sent the Son to die for our sins (And it was not the Son sending the Father) (1 John 4:14). The Bible makes it clear that one cannot be forgiven if they speak a word against the Holy Spirit but yet, this is not the case if one speaks a word against the Son, though (Matthew 12:32).

While the Bible teaches that there is one God (Deuteronomy 6:4) (1 Timothy 2:5) (Isaiah 45:5); Yet, the Bible also teaches that there are distinctions within the Godhead or that there is a plural nature to God.

Here are a couple of quick points:

#1. The word Elohim (אֱלֹהִ֔ים) is both a singular and a plural noun.
#2. God refers to Himself in plural form (Genesis 1:26) (Genesis 3:22) (Genesis 11:7) (Isaiah 6:8).
#3. Plurality of God in New Testament (Matthew 28:19) (2 Corinthians 13:14) (John 14:16-20).
#4. Introductions to both the Son & Holy Spirit (Daniel 7:9, Daniel 7:10, Daniel 7:13-14) (John 14:16)
#5. Different persons of Godhead appear at one time (Luke 3:21-22)
#6. Distinctions of Wills (Luke 22:42).
#7. Conversations Between the Godhead (Psalms 2:1-12) (Psalms 45:6-7) (Psalms 110:1) (Matthew 11:27) (John 17:24).

The Trinity is told to us in one verse.

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.” (1 John 5:7).

Yet, if his human soul is co-mingled with his eternal divine uncreated soul, then how does one separate the human soul part of Him in their worship? For we are to worship God alone according to Exodus 20:3 and Matthew 4:10. Surely you must understand that a human soul is not divine or of God.

No, I believe Jesus the Son is the exact image of the invisible God.
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word.

How is this so?
For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell,
For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form

All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge all the power of God therefore dwell in the Son
but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

The Spirit of God or Holy Spirit does bare witness He does not speak on His own but what he hears. Hears from where? Wouldn't that be the mind of the spirit and in accordance will the Fathers will?

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

Related
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

The will of the father
"Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah."

You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy."

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

One Spirit, One God, One Lord they are One in unity and purpose

You are being foggy in your replies to me in regards to the Trinity.
Do you believe in the Trinity?

Important Note: I am not accusing you of not believing in the Trinity. I just want to know what you believe.

Anyways, the Trinity is saying that God exists as one God and yet He also exists as three distinct persons (i.e. the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost). Do you believe this? A "yes" or "no" will suffice.

You ask if I believe In one God -yes
You ask if I believe in the Son- yes
You ask if I believe in Father, Son, Holy Spirit -yes
You ask if I they are 3 distinct persons. yes in regard to the Son and Father but they are one with the Father via the Spirit of God in Jesus- all the fullness.
I don't see how the HS is a distinct person from the "Father"
I see the Spirit of God as the Fathers very own Spirit. So they are One in being and purpose.

I define a separate distinct person as one having there own mind, will and Spirit. Jesus and the Father fit all that criteria the Spirit does not as the Spirit searches the mind of the Spirit and acts according to the will of God. And there is only One God hence only One divine Spirit in nature. The fullness of that Spirit (without limit) was pleased to dwell in the Son. The Spirit acts according to the will of the mind of the Spirit and the will of God. So it was the Father who has glorified His Son above all others and set Jesus above all others except God alone. And in the Son the Father is glorified.
One God the Father and one lord jesus christ

Jesus knows this by experience
for it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.

Did the "Word" (from John 1:1) or the "Son of God" had a beginning or did He always exist as God in substance or essence?

Side Note:

I am in strong disagreement with your view of the Holy Spirit. I will attempt to later show that the Holy Spirit is distinct from God the Father.

I believe Jesus is Gods firstborn. At some point in History before the world began. A beginning but no end. Hence the Father is His God as is testified to in the Nt by Jesus and the Father. The fullness was given to the Son by the Father but it is the Fathers fullness (spirit without limit) that dwells in the Son. Jesus has His own Spirit and it was before the world began. "Father into your hands I commit my spirit" The Son that was (His Spirit) was in the tent of the body God prepared for Him. Hebrews 10:5 a body prepared foe Him.

I believe scripture shows the Son received from the Father so it could be rightfully stated Jesus is what He is by the grace of God.

There is no scripture that shows the Father received from any other being so the Father can rightfully state "I am what I am"

Please bare in mind I trying to answer your questions with what I believe to be truth I am not leading a rebellion

The Holy Spirit is not God the Father.

The Father Sent The Holy Spirit:

For the Bible says that God the Father sent the Holy Spirit. For Jesus said.

"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you" (John 14:26).

The Father will send the Holy Spirit, not Himself, to help believers.

There Is A Difference Between The Father And The Holy Spirit:

For the Holy Spirit does the will of God the Father. For Paul wrote.

"And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will" (Romans 8:27).

Baptism Shows A Distinctiveness Between the Father and the Holy Spirit:

For why baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost if the Father and the Holy Ghost are the same person? (See Matthew 28:19). It makes no sense to say that the Father and Holy Spirit are the same person if baptism is done with three distinct names (i.e. persons).

No. That is not what Scripture teaches, my friend. Here are...

160 Reasons Jesus Christ is Almighty God:

By Thomas Golda.

Only because Jesus Christ is Almighty God do we have reassurance that He can save His elect from damnation.

1. Jesus IS the visible image of the Invisible God - Colossians 1:15, II Corinthians 4:4...to see Jesus is to see the Invisible God - Mankind was created IN the image of God - Genesis 1:26...Jesus IS the image of God. To see Jesus is to see the Invisible God in the flesh.

2. Jesus was conceived by God - Luke 1:35, Matthew 1:20. Since Mary was his earthy mother, that makes Jesus fully human..since God was His physical Father, since Jesus did not have an earthy father, that makes Jesus fully God. He was fully man and fully God. The Great Godman.

3. To see Jesus' face is to see the glory of God - II Corinthians 4:6

4. Jesus "being in the form of God" makes Him God - Philippians 2:6

5. Jesus being the brightness of the Father's glory - Hebrews 1:3

6. Jesus is the exact image of the Father's Person - Hebrews 1:3

7. That is why to "see Jesus" is to "see the Father" - John 14:9, John 12:45

8. That is why Jesus said He and His Father are one - John 10:30

9. Jesus is IN the bosom of the Father - John 1:18. Not "on" the bosom"..not "near" the bosom...IN the bosom...He is in the center of the Father. They are "one"
10. He is called EVERLASTING Father - Isaiah 9:6

11. Jesus deserves the SAME honour as the Father - John 5:23

12.Jesus was WORSHIPPED - Matthew 2:11, Matthew 9:12, Matthew 14:33, Matthew 28:9, Luke 24:52..Since only God is to be worshipped - Matthew 4:10..that means Jesus is God.

13. Even angels WORSHIP Jesus - Hebrews 1:6

14. Heaven falls down before the Lamb - Revelation 5:8

15. Jesus Created ALL things - Colossians 1:16, Hebrews 1:2, John 1:3, Ephesians 3:9 ....God created all things - Acts 14:15, Isaiah 45:18, Isaiah 44:24, Isaiah 42:5. Jesus is God

16. Jesus also made the world - John 1:10. Jesus is God - Isaiah 44:18

17. Jesus created all things for HIMSELF - Colossians 1:16, Proverbs 16:4(Jesus is God)

It makes no sense to say that the Father and Holy Spirit are the same person if baptism is done with three distinct names (i.e. persons).

Yet, if his human soul is co-mingled with his eternal divine uncreated soul, then how does one separate the human soul part of Him in their worship? For we are to worship God alone according to Exodus 20:3 and Matthew 4:10. Surely you must understand that a human soul is not divine or of God.
You worship the Person not the nature. If Jesus had no human soul then he may as well been a reptillian. Human nature is nous (mind), body and rational soul.

Jason: "No. Jesus did not have a human soul like we do because Micah 5:2 says that the Messiah is from everlasting."

No it doesn't. The relevant Hebrew means "from of old, from ancient days" and the Hebrew "olam" does not mean "eternal." My post documents the creation of souls at the dawn of creation and I quote Colossians 1:15's identification of Jesus as "The firstborn of all creation."

Your preference for the KJV gives you away as someone untrained in academic biblical scholarship. Why would you rely on so corrupt a text from the early 1600s when the most reliable biblical manuscripts were still unknown and the science of Text Criticism had not been developed to group biblical manuscripts into families by region and date so that errors could be identified and traced to their origin?

Jason: "Also, there are many Pre-Incarnate appearances of Christ in the Old Testament," as well...So if this is the case, then He could not have had a human soul that was formed out the genetic code of all of humanity or Adam."

You need to read more carefully. Your comment is irrelevant because Jesus' soul was created as "the firstborn of all creation (Colossians 1:15)."

Jason: "The Word who is God was made flesh (John 1:1-3, John 1:14)." KJV"

Irrelevant! Before the creation of Jesus' human soul at the dawn of creation, He was the Word (Greek: "Logos"), which means the rational Self-expression of God as opposed to God in His unknowability.

Jason: "I believe a soul is formed from the genetic code or genes from the parents at the time of conception."

Thus, you disregard the clear teaching of Scripture to the contrary. btw, Are you claiming that the Holy Spirit gave Jesus 23 of His genes through virginal conception?

Jason: "There is no such thing as a pre-existence of souls in heaven.
The soul only exists as DNA or genetic code in Adam or one's parents genetic line before they are physically conceived into the world."

Your claim is refuted by my establishment of the standard acceptance of preexistence in the Bible and ancient Judaism. See below.

Jason: "As for the book(s) of Enoch: The book(s) of Enoch is not biblical.
Jason on Wisdom of Soiomon 8:19-20:] "I do not agree with Catholicism."

These comments expose your ignorance of how modern scholars, conservative and liberal study the background of biblical ideas. What you don't realize is that that it is irrelevant whether these books are canonical; what is relevant is that, together with the Essenes, they document the ancient Jewish consensus on the soul's preexistence and thus illuminate the background of biblical texts that imply the same teaching.

"GOD is Omniscient (i.e. He knows all things). So when He says that He knew Jeremiah before He formed him in the womb in His Word, it is talking from God's perspective of knowing all things and not about the false belief of the pre-existence of souls."

Your forced interpretation requires God to say, "Before you were in your mother's womb, I foreknew you." God's use of "knew" implies that Jeremiah's soul preexisted.

Jason: "John 9:1-2 is talking about how he may have been born blind because of the sins that he would commit within this life. Remember, GOD knows the future of each and everyone of us."

Wrong on 2 counts! First, the focus on "the sins of his parents" implies a period prior to the blind man's birth. Second, to foreknow what we would do, God must view the future as it must unfold without blindness. But no such future existed because the man was born blind! Your interpretation assumes determinism rather than free will and is not advocated in any academic modern commentary on the Gospel of John.

Jason: "Jesus says, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." (John 2:19). Scripture says, "But he spake of the temple of his body." (John 2:21)."

Peter's citation of Psalm 16:10 implies that, without God's agency, Jesus' soul would have been abandoned in Hades. So John 2:21 simply means that Jesus' soul had to cooperate with God's resurrection power.

Yeah, I am not buying that. God alone is to be worshiped. If there was an ounce of human soul involved in the equation, we cannot say that we are separating the human portion part of our worship of Jesus because it would be co-mingled or mixed with the divine. We worship God in His entirety because He is unique and unlike any other. He is the creator. He is all powerful and eternal. If God's nature (Him being all powerful showing that He is God) is not involved in the equation then He is not God. God is God because of His all powerful nature.

You are both a Nestorian and monophysite then, believing that the one and same Person of Christ can be divided and the natures, co-mingled and confused. In fact you have a non-Christian anthropology believing the soul or spiritual component of man is a separate non-related entity to his material human form. The body alone is not a nature and unlike religions that believe in reincarnation, the body with its soul is a true union of its nature.
This idea of yours has already been discussed and condemned 1500 years ago. Why rehash the arguments of Nestorius and Eutyches?
