Today is the anniversary of 911, the devastating destruction of the World Trade Center in New York City. In my opinion, this devastation is plainly written about the book of Isaiah, specifically Isaiah 33:17, but I have yet to see anyone refer to it as the 911 disaster. With that in mind, it seemed appropriate for the world to understand this is Biblical end of days prophecy everyone should know about. My thinking was, this could give some comfort to the families of the victims; the knowledge that their loved ones had not died in vain.

So, in the forum on "end time prophecy" I posted an explanation of the destruction of the World Trade Center, as the Holy Bible describes it, on Friday. After watching numerous football games over the weekend, I was excited to get back on line, expecting an explosion of surprise, astonishment and of course, skepticism. I got none of it.

Instead, the topic of Biblical impact was barely commented upon and the thread devolved into a discussion of whether or not the U.S.A. had done this to ourselves. Is anyone beside me tired of hearing conspiracy theories about 911? In any case, I am disappointed at the apparent lack of interest. It makes me wonder if I should write anything more; such as the King of Babylon, Saddam Hussein crawling out of the sides of the pit when he was captured, or the war in Iraq itself, being fairly well documented in the book of Nahum.

My last comments are, our generation is being wildly duped by Satan, for he does not want us concentrating on anything Biblical. We are truly fighting spiritual wickedness in high places and I want to think there are many others in the Christian forums who agree with me. Please read my post titled "911 in the Holy Bible", and if you care to, let me know your thoughts. Thanks. James.

I believe it to be intellectually, emotionally and spiritually unhealthy to live your life in constant expectation of the "end times". It is far better to live your life in such a way as to make this a better world, not just today but into the far distant future.

Not sure where to find that forum (it's not on the main page). Link?
Hi Douger. Maybe you answered my problem, no one can find my post! It is under General Theology, sub "Eschatology, end times" forum. Thanks for your interest. James.
