I know this topic has been debated here before. However, I just watched a video of a reputable climate predictor who has a business that relys on his companies ability to predict weather in long term times, like a year from now.

This guy is a Christian and he is quite educated, by the US military. To say he is reputable is an understatement.

In the video at the 54 minute mark ( the rest of the video is also interesting but this is the meat) he starts showing what really happened with our climate and when it was warmest.

Give it a watch.... best to start at 54 minutes if you are not wanting to spend that amount of time on other stuff.

is he a climate scientist?

his companies ability to predict weather in long term times, like a year from now.

that's not really long term when considering climate. decades would be more appropriate.

the scientists have already spoken, the proof is there for all to see. humans are causing global warming, end of story. to suggest anything else is to assume a worldwide conspiracy among thousands of scientists.

I don't know. If this guy denies climate change, then, I am willing to bet, people will say that he is not a climate scientist.... That's usually the way things go... If people cannot deny what someone is saying... they attack the credentials of the one presenting the proof....

What exactly would a "Climate Scientist" have to be in order for you to believe them.
The guy is a professional meteorologist...... is that scientisty enough? Or does this mean that the true data he presents can be tossed because he doesn't fit the white coat or whatever it takes to qualify as a "climate scientist"? I bet that if he promoted climate change... he would qualify, wouldn't he?
This guy explains and shows the real data. Real pictures of weather stations from NOAA in places that will give skewed data.

Explains the lies and how they fudged the data.

Graphs of real data on the temperature of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans on a synchronized time line and how they line up with the dust bowl temps of the thirtys and the mini ice age of the 70's, naturalization of temps in the 80's to the 2000's and then gives reasons as to why the temperatures are going to start to cool.

Did you even watch the video? As it does not sound like you did.

In my world, when they have a hard time getting tomorrows weather right.... anything past a month is "long term". Anyway, I was the one who labeled it as "long term". So, use my definition for that label please.

Spoken like a true follower of the system... did you watch the video? Didn't think so.

Man is not causing it..Climate change is a media, political and military scam.

In the 70's I was told that an ice age was coming. Now, we're going to melt.... bet that in 10 to 20 years there's an ice age on it's way again.... people have such short memories and will swallow any information they are told if a guy in a lab coat is there to nod his head yes to the info.

It is cyclic.

Carbon DiOxide going from 0.038% to 0.040% is NOT going to melt the ice caps.

The real climate control is the ocean temperatures and the way they are altered due to the strength of the sun, the cloud cover and the wind.

Do you realize that the Pacific ocean takes up almost half of the surface of the earth? It's temperature will affect the climate infinity more than CO2 going from 0.038% to 0.040% of the atmosphere.
