I feel much younger than 30s, how come life speeds up so much as time goes by? I am too young to be this old!
Blessings everyone

Be thankful you still feel young! I feel most of the time young physically; except times like today when I'm just worn out.

Time doesn't seem to go by as quickly for me as it seems to for others my age (except for on my days off work!). For example, for me it's only the middle of February when for most people I'll talk to, they'll say something like, "I can't believe it's the middle of February already!!" I'll usually comment something along the lines of agreeing to that when really, I'm hoping that the next month will just hurry up and get here instead of the days just seeming to plod on at a glacial pace.

I heard a rational explanation for the seeming of time to go by faster as we age: when we are young, we only have so many days to compare the day we are in presently whereas there are way more days to look back on when we get older. That probably isn't clear so I can also think of it like this: Say we are five years old. My one day is being compared to approx. 1825 days. Now we are 30. My one day now is compared to about 10,950. Look at this as a matter of fractions: 1/1825 is quite a bit larger than 1/10,950. It makes sense to me, at least.
