Suggesting that opposition to the birther movement is only found among the MSM is incredibly misleading. Is Glenn Beck part of the MSM now? How about Ann Coulter? Rush Limbaugh?

Conservatives need to wise up and critique Obama over things that are actually going to keep him from being re-elected: the economy and healthcare.

If I were a betting woman, I would say that there's a much better chance that George W. Bush's Harvard diploma was fake than that Obama's birth certificate is....

After all, he looks like an American, he talks like an American, he was educated in American schools...

But, other than being born to wealth, did George W. Bush look like a Harvard graduate, talk like a Harvard graduate, think like a Harvard graduate?

I'd say most on this thread would like to see Obama defeated.

Stick to the actual issues and have a vision.

Seriously, how could he be President four years without being an US authentic citizen in this wired world?

But for the most part (as I understand it) the question is *not* about being a U.S. citizen--it's about a *natural born citizen as required by the Constitution*. According to the 1875 Supreme Court ruling, Minor vs Happerstett, a "Natural born citizen" is a child of two U.S. citizens *not* just someone born in the U.S. (that is only a native born citizen--the two terms are different--look at the court case and see.)

I guess one reason this has never gotten anywhere is because whenever someone mentions it, the two terms are confused and treated as one term, then the person is ridiculed and made to feel ridiculous for even asking the valid question. (Like a "strawman argument"--constructed simply to be knocked down and laughed at because it is so obviously false, but no one notices that is not what the people are saying at all.) And as far as the lawsuits (yes there have been many), none have gotten to the discovery portion. Most have been dismissed due to lack of "standing" (only a candidate that lost the election to Obama in 2008 or an active duty serviceman would have "standing".)
