Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland (3D)

I was amused to realise that my orientation towards the logic of nonsense has turned around since I was young. I used to find fantasy disdainful. I was a little disappointed to find the movie more of a nostalgic creation than a reworking of the subversive story that Lewis Carroll wrote...but 'twas nice anyway.

How To Train Your Dragon. Even though it's a kid's movie and I'm not a kid, it's a pretty good action flick, great detailed CG, and the special effects are nothing short of mind-blowing.
