hi everyone!
the front porch is still on it's way to being finished. the railings for the stairs and the ceiling are still not in. but it's snowing like crazy!
anyway...we've had another indoor project going...a built-in in the living room.

it looks grand!
miss you all!

I'm doing well. I'm as ready for Christmas as I can be. I have lots of family coming into town next week. I'm looking forward to the company.

Sounds great, but I know about the snow; it surprised us too!!!

The new home we are hoping to be in by the first week of January has a really nice built-in entertainment area and shelves.

We just need a new TV and stereo to go with it....maybe next Christmas!!!

I miss my extended family.
I only get to see my sister once a year maybe.
My brothers never come and see me.
I can't afford to travel (they do it, even if they can't afford it, but somehow manage to go right by Vegas; lol).

cm!! Working my fanny off, indeed, last week, but not at work! lol Had a few extra days off...my maternal grandmother was in, then out, of the hospital last week! If I have any nerves left, I'll be amazed! The last few months have been, well, to put it mildly, very, very, very stressful! I love Christmas, but this year has proved to be my undoing this Christmas, and I just want it all over with just now. I'm so looking forward to February and planning on when I get my vacation for next year. Bad, I know, but at this point, it's keeping me sane! I pray you're doing good!!

cm, lol, I have a few ideas, but I know one destination already: going to see that grandmother. I'm trying to work it out so I go with my mom again. The rest is kind of in the air at the moment. It all rests on a phone call to an old friend...
