Favorite German Iconographer who happens to write icons of Frankish saints from time to time!
LOL! I do need to write an icon of St. Irenaeus of Lyons, but that will probably not be written until this summer. Right now I am working on St. Olivier d'Anconna (think about the name of my dog), St. Gregory the Theoologian and still working on St. George. I am also teaching my student to write an icon of Christ Emmanuel. Why do you think you're my favourite german iconographer
Thank you Eusebios!Sorry to be checking in late on this my friend, glad to hear that you and yours are doing ok. The car,, well that's just metal and plastic, replaceable, still bites though
Your in my prayers bro.
Don
I am ok. I am still a little mentally shaken over the accident, but my body is fine.Oh dear! I was away on holiday when this happened. I am sorry to hear about your accident, Michael, but I am glad that you are doing okay.
No matter how much you get something with your head, sometimes it takes being godsmacked to get them with your heart. What I went through for a few days after the car crash was emotional hell and not a pleasant experience to learn at all.I think Fr Stevo (?) is right.
One thing I've been picking up from Chesterton is how life is a gift and to (really) realize that things could be other than they are. I get that with my head - now it's a matter of getting it to my heart. Just hope I don't have to go through nasty things just to learn that lesson...
