    Evangelion ending questions-Christian POV

    I always was pretty set on that Neo Genesis Evangelion was existentialism. Shinji had to define himself instead of basing his identity upon the thoughts and praises of others (what he percieved as hatred). There was nothing outside of Shinji to define himself (this doesn't work for Christians)...
