    This is the best site I've found so far.... www.sparkpeople.com you can make a profile, track calories, exercise, nutrients, have blogs, join teams, etc, etc, etc.....and it's free. Amazing.:thumbsup:

    Our P&W leader doesn't play an instrument at all...he sings and someone completely different plays piano. Then sometimes one of the guitar players leads worship for a bit.     Strattera?

    I took strattera for a couple of months back in 2004. Unfortunately, it didn't help my ADD and only caused me to be tired all the time and I was very nauseated within the first 3 hours of taking it in the morning...more side effects then helping, so I stopped taking it.

    Got Fired due to my ADD!

    Read up on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). NO ONE can fire you because you have ADD. It is against the law! They have to work with you to accomodate for any disability, so long as you can properly get your job done. Only if you absolutely cannot fullfil your duties can they let...
