    A few questions for Protestants

I am not a practicing Catholic, but I broadly agree with this. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of the Mass can see it is essentially all based on one scripture or another. Further, anyone at Mass will probably hear more scripture read on Sunday than in most Evangelical denominations...

How do I get baptized? In Catholicism in the UK.

Generally the proper way is to contact the priest at your nearest Catholic parish church. They will direct you on what you need to do. In the USA if you are not Catholic then you will likely have to go through their Rite of Christian Initiation Adults (RCIA) program, Typically that culminates in...

Welcome, you can find the Statement of Faith HERE. Basically, to be listed as a "Christian" or one of the denominations therein you have to have beliefs that align with that.

The supremacy of the popes (of Rome).

I'm not neutral on this at all, and I didn't intend my post to seem that way. My post was pretty clear that I see the issue as being tangential to the real question of Papal supremacy. Nearly all of the churches tracing any historicity don't hold any issues with using the term "father", it's a...

The supremacy of the popes (of Rome).

Let's keep this on track, the OP can correct me, but I don't think this thread is about calling someone "father". IMO it is immaterial to the conversation of Papal supremacy. It may be a tangential conversation, but it is not the direct issue. The Eastern Orthodox and Anglicans don't have an...

@Diamond7 Something went wrong on your post, it put it as a quote from me, but I did not say that.

    Entire Sanctification

Honestly, it probably depends a lot on how the experience and or post is worded. But broadly, yes, this would be the right place as it is a pretty standard Methodist teaching.

    Many watery baptisms.

OK, I can live with that :)

    Many watery baptisms.

I disagree that they should be parsed into separate scriptures, to do so risks elevating one above the rest. The body of Scripture as a whole should be used to interpret the whole, one is not elevated above the other. Indeed it is.

    I agree 100%.
