Movie: 'Bella'-to be released Oct 26, addresses abortion

The company which produced it, Metanoia, works (from time to time) with the company I work for. They're a great group of people - very conservative Catholic. I've seen bits and pieces of their film and its very good. It won Audience Choice at the Toronto Film Festival. I suggest hitting...

Need its on my teams website.

I think he meant to write "ITs" opposed to "its."

    Check out my latest website.

Very cool site. I think this is the first I've heard of it. So, if I'm to understand it correctly, the woman who received the apparitions knows the time of the Miracle or the Warning (one of them)? Joey Lomangino will not die until he has been healed. This would be an incredible...

Parental Notification bills fail in CA and OR

I agree - I live in LA and its sickening to know I live in a city where my child has to notify me if she takes an aspirin but is she gets a major medical procedure, oh that needs to be kept secret from those dangerous parents. It sucks, I agree.

Robert Sungenis apology - very humbling

Hey everyone, Lately, I've come to have a deep respect for Dr. Sungenis and his ministry. Not only have I been impressed by his intellect and his ability to explain his positions, but his humility has also recently come to light. In the past he's been accused of being too harsh with some...

    Kecharitomene

The word can be translated as "fully graced one." As a Native American tribesman would be called "Running Bear," the Greek used in that term is also denoting a title of sorts. And that the grace she received was given to her "in full" in the past; it was not a result of her carrying Christ...

    Robert Sungenis debating Sedevacantism

I wholeheartedly agree with you guys. I think he's a fantastic apologist, but a little too sure of himself at times. Then again...I'm not perfect either (close, but not quite there).:) -Spotty

    Robert Sungenis debating Sedevacantism

Hello all, Robert Sungenis, in my opinion one of the better apologists out there today, is in need of financial help for his upcoming debate where he will take on a Mr. John Lane in refuting sedevacantism - which is the idea that we've been without a true Pope since Pius XII in 1958. Just...

    Jim Caviezel's church

That's a little odd. I am actually working less than a mile south of her mailing address. I think I'll write her as well and see what happens. Thank you all for your prayers! Have a great weekend... -Spotty

    Jim Caviezel's church

It's been a while since I've posted anything on the boards so I see a lot of new faces. But as some of you know, I'm Catholic and working in Hollywood. I'm low on the ladder and have been constantly bombarded with the nonsense and sin out here. Plus my job is difficult because my boss really...

The reason for the Immaculate Conception?

Well, here's what I wrote to my friend in explanation. An explantion, by the way, he received very well. Christ was conceived in a Virgin – Mary was conceived the ol’ fashioned way. Christ was conceived Divine and sinless - Mary was conceived sinless. Christ does not need a...
