  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Well I guess it's my birthday!

Haha thank you, do it not for me but for our Lord. We should sacrifice our time, even if it be as simple as 15 seconds just for him. God Bless You, thank you for your prayers!

    Communion from a Lay Person

I hope your joking on "anybody can hear confessions" because that would be very heretical and a huge contradiction to the faith. I suggest reading John 20:21-23 Back to the topic now, lets see what Saint Thomas Aquinas has to say "The dispensing of Christ's Body belongs to the priest for...

    Communion from a Lay Person

If you have not noticed it was sarcasm, I in no way shape or form support such liberalism, neither do I as a Catholic support "EMHC" which I find to be a plain split from Roman Catholic tradition. I could not picture any Pre-V2 Popes ever accepting such a modernist practice, this is as bad as...

    Communion from a Lay Person

We might as well ask the lay to celebrate Mass and hear confessions since the lack of clergy is the excuse.

How can I become Roman Catholic?

Too bad many RC priests don't do this, they just desire everyone to come to communion even in mortal sin because its no longer a sacrifice at the altar but a happy meal at the "table".

So what your telling me is that Pope Francis views on being less "obsessive" about abortion and contraception isn't heretical, to the point even Obama, the young Turks, and Fox news are now favoring him?

The article states: “The word ‘enemies’ used here by Bishop Fellay is of course a religious concept and refers to any group or religious sect which opposes the mission of the Catholic Church and her efforts to fulfill it: the salvation of souls."
