CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well,I was browsing the net and came acrost this website.It looked really interesting.So far i am liking it alot.The reason is becuase i recently decided it's time for a change.I have never really been "religious" or lived a life that would please God.I have kinda lived the way i want and did what i want not really thinking about what God wants.I was not raised in a religious family but i'm getting older now and i know it's time for me to make my own decisions and do what i think is best.I have realized that i want a change.I want a "close" connection with God and live FOR HIM.I have always had faith in Jesus but i want more.I want to develope a closer relationship with God and live more of the way I would think we wants me to live.I have been looking around at different churches and im still in the process of finding one that i feel comortable at,one that i feel like I can trust and one i have alot of faith in.hopefully i will find the right one soon!But for now,i hope this website ca
