    Getting a laptop

    I make a living by setting up WRT54G routers for people. They are low-end versions of the Cisco line but they work like a dream. I've only seen one of them ever go bad and that was the one we use in the shop. In defense of that router, we've flashed it several times and put it through the ringer.

    I use an actual soup can and I can tell you that it works like a charm. You can find a model that looks like it's made out of a Pringles can. It looks a little more professional but my soup can works just as well.

    Intervideo DVD Maker is pretty good or you could try Nero 7 Platinum. It has a video capture program with it that looks pretty promising.

    Anyone know when Internet Explorer 7.0 is coming out?

    I've tried the beta version. There is a better browser that does all the same things (but BETTER) called Avant Browser. It uses the IE engine so it's a lot more stable than Firefox.
