other tongues...foreign languages..the hearers and understanders were present so a message was conveyed in many languages to many people at the same time...acts not re-en-acts tongues have become the mumbo jumbo of the christian theatre...they dont do any harm...i use them..but i havent a clue...- mrcrow

its a good fiction story..i enjoyed it..and the part referring to jesus activities were just as easy to prove as his resurrection i prefer to have faith in the latter...its seems to make sense and fulfill my life. i categorise the book as a pseudo religious rendering of raiders of the lost...- mrcrow

God created evil by choice.
god saw that it was good then he introduced another factor and it went pear shaped you get evil out of good... and by god's grace he can turn evil back to good... god creates perfect things which operate in their own way to corrupt- mrcrow

WATER BAPTISMS VS HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM..which one is right?
i feel they are the same and the one...you dont necessarily have to have water baptism...not all did...but then again they do not preclude each other or take preference... you need to receive the holy spirit and you may do so at the time of baptism baptism of john iirc is the water one..??? on...- mrcrow

Is competition unchristian?
competition is essential if we are to use our gifts fully... if you sit in a corner and muffle your god given potential its not good...or scriptural when you compete...so do others...and so sharpen their gifts as well what is most important is the kingdom of god and to glorify jesus in 'your'...- mrcrow

if you dont use a comprehensive commentary you will lose hundreds of years of personal revelation by the authors...ie martin luther...wesley etc.. translation into english doesnt convey exactly the greek or hebrew meanings or underpinning reason i dont advocate everyone does do this but i find...- mrcrow
