  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Busy, busy. Even in the cold.

I have not casted bullets in years, I buy all my bullets, but reload and work on guns in the basement. I am still working 4 days a week, it is more of when I can, or when needed that I reload.

Are professed Christians that worship our Lord on Sunday instead of Saturday sinning?

Sorry, but that is what life is for; our Lord's second coming is the pronouncement of judgement... The verdict will be read, and the sentence pronounced and executed. A second Chance? We have had infinite chances to repent.

I have been making 9.3 x 62 brass from 30-06, after initial expansion, then need a lot of trimming for length, and a slight bit more after fire forming. Fiddly but fun. :)

Why do we do things not written in the Bible?

    Totally out of context.

Why do we do things not written in the Bible?

Considering the actual date is unknown, and therefore deemed "adiaphora", continuing to argue about it is unbiblical; face it you have either lost a pointless argument in the face of pragmatic and reasonable Christians, or we don't actually care what you think, and are therefore content to love...

In nicer shape it might be, but this one is rough and tough.

Further to the old Shotgun... It will shoot again! While the outside is rough and pitted, the inside of the bore is dark, but smooth. Lots of metal left in the barrel, even at the muzzle end. Also, once I got it apart, I found proof marks and a makers stamp. It is a bit older than I...

Ecumenical expert: ‘No theological reasons to celebrate Easter on different dates’

Having thought more about this issue, maybe there are theological reasons to keep different dates. Ecumenical expert: ‘No theological reasons to celebrate Easter on different dates’ This sounds great, but what is not being said may be a bigger issue: Ecumenical expert: ‘No theological reasons...

    Hammer Vs Striker

I need to make a correction; HS actually have internal hammers like an AR, so not a true striker fired pistol.

Why do we do things not written in the Bible?

Our Lord cares about us remaining faithful, and repentant. Since God is eternal and therefore timeless, I earnestly believe that He will be pleased that we endeavor to pray, praise and give thanks however we do so, as long as it is done to the eternal glory of his name. Those who are trying to...

Ecumenical expert: ‘No theological reasons to celebrate Easter on different dates’

It is becoming harder to view the Lutheran state Churches as even being Christian, let alone Lutheran by our confessional standard (with the exception of Latvia).

Why do we do things not written in the Bible?

Since no one can say exactly what day, and since the Bible makes a big deal about the incarnation (central to all Christianity), we better celebrate it. The 25th is as good as any other day, and if we did move it, then we would have to move the Annunciation celebration as well. It is like...
