  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Who said to give 10% to the church?

Christians who promote the tithe mandate in order to obtain favor and right standing with God have no idea what Jesus meant when he said on the cross, “it is finished” same as, “paid in full.” Our favor and justification (right standing) with God comes from the payment...

how does Jesus feel our pain?

God died for our sins when he was up on the cross and we are told that he suffered for everyone at that very moment. As for our daily struggles and pain, Jesus feels them the same way we feel for our loved ones when we see them in pain.

What do you think of the next reading? - How do you get it?

I like 8-12 as well. Probably should list up to verse 14 since that contains relevant information. 8-12. This is yet another example of where the Bible tells us that it's not about religion, it's about relationship. Fasting is a religious action. But it has no merit or value if done with the...

What do you think of the next reading? - How do you get it?

Yell it out so people hear you. Tell My people about their sin." There have been times throughout history that...

IT’S WEDNESDAY If you believe that God is the most important thing, then demonstrate it to Him by devoting to Him something of yours which is very valuable: Your time. SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY: “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night...

Is It Wrong for us to Admire non-Christian?

Atheism requires a continuous quest for knowledge. As a result, the Atheist often advances their own cognitive condition by subjecting themselves to a wealth of information with an overall goal to progress in their beliefs. Information at the Atheist’s fingertips comes from personal...

    Damaged lace shirt-need help

Best bet is to take it to a professional tailor and get their recommendation. They usually take a look at it for free and may even give suggestions on what to do. Good luck!
