    Baptism is an outward sign of the reception of Christ inwardly. Dipping in the water doesn't make a difference because I have been submersed many times. However baptism is a different thing, I do not believe that you must be baptised to be saved. A person that is saved has already been baptised...

    open the attachment file that you uploaded (you can do that from the edit post screen or from your profile through the manage attachments screen. And right click on the image, click properties, and the path to the image is shown there. Then paste it into your post between the [ img ] [ / img]...
