My daughter does that, too. If it's an animal, she feels that the only way to speak to it is in a very high-pitched voice. :D

My daughter used to call me 'monny' insteady of 'mommy.' I loved it :)

Do any parents here have their kids memorizing scripture? How do you do it at home - a certain amount of time for each new verse? A reward system? :confused: Any info would be helpful. Thanks. :)

You might change your mind. You might not. I can say that when I was younger, I didn't care for children. I wouldn't go so far as to say that I hated them, but they were annoying at best and I had no maternal desires whatsoever. 10 years later, I'm married and a mother and I love my kids more...

I wouldn't be opposed to it when they were young, but as they got older I would worry about them starting to get the wrong priorities. *shrug*

I think I have about 4 email addresses and my husband only knows about one...not because I'm hiding anything, but because they're insignificant. I log into them every few months to clean out the spam.

My kids eat fries about once a month. They eat lots of other veggies.

DH and I waited til marriage.

I have mine help me make playdough. They get to choose the color and they love it. :) Or games like Red Light, Green Light or Simon Says.
