Ok let me rephrase this,I know sexual fantasy's are not a sin but what Im basically asking is if I touch without thinking stuff like having sex with person XYZ and theres no sexual component its the act itself wrong?

Ok so I know that sexual fantasies are wrong but what about just the act of masturbating without any fantasies? Is the physical act itself wrong to just "blow off steam"? Thx in advance God bless p.s. Im not married but am in a relationship and Im a bit young to get married (17))
