This physicality we are aware of are the densest realms. The finer realms are aware of the denser realms, but denser are not aware of the finer. Star stuff is dense. Our body is star stuff. Though I have a body, I am not the body.

Humans also contain other dimensionalities that are not restricted to time. Bible talks about instant translocation, and telepathy.

God's spirit. God is Truth, the spirit of God, as a deposit for life, 'knows' the Truth.

Everything is not restricted to time, like determinism is.

The spirit of life is a deposit of the deepest truth. No AI can access nor be conscious of that.

Criticalness is fear of being judged as insufficient. Who we Really are is infinitely sufficient. However, when we lost our innocence by believing our own life story, our false-identity, the ego-self, we became ignorant to who we really are. All of our fears come from this ignorance.

Only you know your own truth about the matter, and only you know what definitions you have around the words you use. Your truthful answers are known by the Spirit of Truth within you. Consult the Counsellor given to you.

Does the answer you are hoping to get allow you to overeat?

The Spirit of Truth will counsel you in all things that are true. You will 'know' the truth by its very nature. Truth is always simple, obvious, doubtless, faithful, loving, and most importantly unconditional.

If we all believed we were okay regardless, we would be living a life without blame; no issues or agendas. All that would be left is unconditional love. Fear is our foe. Fear, such as doubt, compares one moment with another. Faith shields us as we face our fears, so we can be free to 'know' the...

God's will for us is to learn from our mistakes... that the truth cannot be grasped, but only received by an open hand (heart).
