    Heading for the future with 4thefuture

    Good evening all! Today God blessed me with the motivation once again to get out and power walk the track! This is the forth day in a row I've stuck to my program. Every day it gets easier as it's starting to feel like a normal part of my day. YAY!:clap: Thank you God!

    After completing my 40 minute power walk around the track I praised the Lord for giving me the motivation to go out and do it when I really didn't want to.

    Hi Bodiddly! Welcome to CF!:) I'm still less than a week new myself. This site is awesome. The posters are very nice. Just find a forum that looks good to you and jump right in.:) So far I'm loving the relaxation forums and the life stages forums. Hope to chat with you soon, Michelle
