Star Cluster Orion
I am a believer in "The gospel in the original star name meanings", and so see Christ in this display of Orion, which is also mentioned in Job 9:9 and Amos 5:8.

Orion is not technically a star cluster (a small, closely knit group of stars) like the Pleiades, but an actual constellation.

I am not into the gospel of the stars teaching. To me it seems more in line with astrology (Which I would like to steer far away from). Granted, I am into Biblical numerics and I can see how some might see that as numerology, but I do not see them as the same thing because numbers themselves are not pagan in origin. Also, the meaning in numbers in secular numerology is different than the meaning of the numbers in the Bible. Bible numbers always point to glorify God and His Word, and it never is to glorify ourselves (or to falsely figure out the future). As for the names of the stars themselves. I believe they are just names. I believe that when the Bible talks about how astrological phenomenons are for signs, I believe the period of time known as the "Day of the Lord" (during the end times) would be one of those examples. For the sky will not show forth any stars (black as sackcloth) and nor the sun, and the moon will be blood red.
