What is not to like in this picture? We can think of Noah's Covenant where God in Genesis 9:11 says He will never destroy man again by a flood, and then in v. 13 gives the rainbow as a token of the covenant. The waterfall is in the shape of a "V" and the "V" is recognized worldwide is a sign of "victory". In 1 Corinthians 15:57 we are told of the victory we are given by God through Christ (who is white "water of life" [John 4:14] splashing into our dark water of sin). The water comes from the "Rock" (Exodus 17:6; Numbers 20:8; Numbers 20:11) and there is spiritual growth all around, representing by the growing greenery in this picture.
@Greg Merrill Thanks for the great review! I didn't even notice the "V" shape of the waterfall. It is a beautiful picture isn't it? There's a place called "rainbow falls" by my house and when I googled it, it came up with the "Rainbow falls" in Hawaii, and I was blown away by how pretty it was... like like a scene in heaven, or some kind of paradise
Yes! Absolutely, and the scenes of paradise on this present earth are only glimpses of the greater paradise to come; not just of nature, but of our relationship with God which we will find sooo much more beautiful.
