His permission to be in the USA expired in September. Therefore, he was here now illegally.

-supported American objectives in Afghanistan as part of an Afghan military unit working the CIA
-was granted legal entry into the US based on his prior support of American objectives in Afghanistan
-was granted in aslyum earlier this year.

Once again this is a failure of our Government. Biden's administration let him in and apparently a judge let him stay as an asylee.

Judges have nothing to do with asylum cases unless you're appealing a denial or are already in the removal process, which does not seem to be the case here.
