Worried about receiving cliches but I'll post anyway

Hi, I'm always in the mood of "I'm never going to not feel alone at Mass, before Mass, or after Mass" but some times are more intense than others. It might be getting worse in November and December. I can't decide whether to sit in the nave until most of the people leave, and then leave myself, rather than leave at the same time that everyone else is talking to each other in the nave or vestibule. I don't know if it would make me feel better or worse. Can someone tell me which method they would prefer for themselves?

I’d leave at the same time as everyone else. You can always smile and wave at whomever on the way out. Say goodbye to the priest, etc. If you just seclude yourself, people are going to assume you want it that way and won’t bother you. You have to put in some effort too and appear open to others.

Learn to detach from the need to be accepted. I've gone through this and I'm still learning to detach from that

We need to contemplate why we are at Mass. it is for worship of God and His sacrifice to save us from sin. Fellowship with others is secondary, and we need to clear our minds of distractions

Satan and his demons play with our emotions and look for our weaknesses. If we feel overwhelming loneliness at Mass, we can be fairly confident that we are being attacked.

Know that we pray for you and the body of Christ will join with you in the fight against the powers of darkness

You guys, look:

I already know about the fact that Mass isn't for fellowship. I'm not even trying to fight about this. I already know this. I already know the necessity of that too. Some things don't quite stop bothering me about it, but I am not in denial of the necessity of the delineation between Mass and fellowship.
