  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have released three new emails from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein that mention President Trump, raising new questions about the extent of their relationship.

In one 2015 email between Epstein and author Michael Wolff, the pair discuss a potential question from Trump's upcoming CNN interview about Trump and Epstein's personal ties.

"I think you should let him hang himself," Wolff wrote. "If he says he hasn't been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt."

Epstein Bragged That He “Gave” His Young Girlfriend to Trump

Yet he was arrested during Trump’s administration and a few months before his arrest, was working with demo operatives to undermine Trump.

He was actually first arrested for sex with young girls in 2006. He got a slap on the wrist. The prosecutor who gave him this sweetheart deal was Alexander Acosta, later Trump's Labor Secretary. The AG of Florida at the time, Pam Bondi had the power to intervene, but did not. She later became Trump's AG.

Acosta was a bipartisan, swamp holdover during the 2008 Epstein sweetheart plea deal. Trump has had a lot of conflicts with former officials and his relationship with Acosta was not personal although Trump considered Acosta as a competent labor seceretary.

Pam Bondi was Florida AG from 2011-19 so what is her link to the 2008 Epstein plea debacle? Why does your article go into her foreign policy views on Israel as relevant to Epstein? If she supposedly held up on Epstein during her term in 2018, maybe because he was already near being prosecuted ( which he was in 2019)?

It has also been determined that Trump didn’t spend Thanksgiving 2017 (!) with Epstein.

Epstein himself seems to vindicate Trump from any of Epstein’s debauchery.

More rabbits will be pulled from the magic hat of course.

A prosecutor who had saved his pedophile pal from serious consequences. It's notable that when the story became known, Trump tossed Acosta overboard. And of course, there's that birthday letter to Epstein that we can't post here. Trump is looking for the magic bullet that will end this slow train wreck, when the only thing that could (in principle) save him is to release all the unredacted files.

When the Miami Herald reignited public outrage in 2018 over Epstein’s plea deal, Bondi remained silent. She issued no public condemnation, launched no investigation, and maintained legal inaction despite growing evidence of systemic failure.

Then, unexpectedly, Bondi emerged on the national stage.

In 2020, she was appointed to President Trump’s impeachment defense team.

He's hoping. But so far, nothing has worked.
