John Durham investigated these matters during the first Trump administration on behalf of Attorney General Bill Barr and did not find any evidence against John Brennan or Peter Strazok.

However, it appears that the GOP persistently pursues investigations until some findings emerge. For instance, when the GOP held control of the House, they devoted more time to investigating Benghazi than Congress did to the 9/11 events.

It seems the GOP did not learn from last week. Americans want a stronger economy, not military-style federal agents in their streets or DOJ go after political enemy.

I hope GOP wake up soon and focus on what majority American wants or they might find 3rd impeachment in 2027!
