I keep telling you. There are only two cables attached to my satellite tv box. One is the mains cable where it gets power. The other is from the satellite dish. There are no other cables.
Yes.
Which proves that satellites do not look like balloons - which is what @David Lamb said.
You've proved his point.
Why would it not be attached? So what is the attached balloon still doing there ?
If I remove the one from the dish, the signal disappears. So the signal is from the dish. There is no other cable connected to the dish.
But not in the Bible, as far as I'm aware.Cus I read it![]()
But not in the Bible, as far as I'm aware.
Because Scripture does not indicate the shape of the earth....which makes your points here merely sourced from conspiracy theorists who are either clueless about technology, maths and physics....or are pure deceivers. No, I'm not quoting from Scripture any more especially on this thread.
I know you said you were not going to try quoting Scripture verses to prove the shape of the earth, but surely you are not saying that on this Christin forum you are never going to quote Scripture at all.No, I'm not quoting from Scripture any more especially on this thread.
I've no idea.So what is the attached balloon still doing there ?

I have too admit some of them are, but most are as bright as you or meWhich makes your points here merely sourced from conspiracy theorists who are either clueless about technology, maths and physics.

Not indirectly either. As has been repeatedly explained to you, most of the verses you have quoted so often are poetic and are not to be used in a literal way. Other verses are misinterpreted by you and others to mean something specific when the Hebrew language is vague. No not directly.

But what's that got to do with the statement that satellites do not look like balloons, and then you posted a photo which proved it?
It was in response to your post, #743, where you said that satellites are "weather balloons".I have no idea what David mean't by 'satellites do not look like balloons'

Why is it best not to use them on this thread? As has been repeatedly pointed out to you they do not "indicate towards an ummovable foundationed level earth". They indicate poetic language, phenomenological language and words which have vague meanings. That's why Bible study is so important. If you study it instead of just reading verses in isolation and listening to teachers who just take words and verses out of context, then you will be deceived.Best not to use them in this thread then but they are verses that do indicate towards an unmovable foundationed level earth.
