Does 1 Timothy seem to speak of having a minor or different spirit, or it is anyone who seeks questions rather than godly edifying.
Titus 3 continues, to avoid that FOOLISH questioning, contentions and strivings, (ABOUT THE LAW) they are unprofitable ( NOT EDIFYING.) and VAIN. (FOOLISH.)
Colossians 2 IS THE SAME AGAIN, they try to spoil you through VAIN deceit, after the RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD and not after Christ.
We are COMPLETE IN CHRIST, even the circumcision MADE WITHOUT HANDS, by the CIRCUMCISION OF CHRIST.
Christ blotted out the handwriting of ORDINANCES took them OUT OF THE WAY, nailing them to his cross.
HE TRIUMPHED OVER THEM, so we let NO MAN judge us in meat, or drink or in a holy day, new moon or SABBATH DAYS.
We are dead with Christ FROM THE RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD, and are NOT SUBJECT TO ORDINANCES, of touch not, taste not, ALL ARE PERISHED AFTER THE COMMANDMENTS AND DOCTRINES OF MEN.
Now we try the spirits, as MANY FALAE PROPHETS ARE GONE UT NTO THE WORLD.
We are of God, he that knows God hears them, he that is not of God hears not them. Hereby we know the Spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
1 Timothy 1:4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
Titus 3:9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Colossians 2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 Which all are to perish with the using

after the commandments and doctrines of men?
1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
1 John 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
Lets see what spirit we can recognise in Moses, and others.
God aid He would take of the Spirit which is upon Moses, and put that upon the seventy elders, and when the Spirit rested on them they PROPHESIED.
Moses confirmed that by saying, it would be verry good that all the Lord's people were PROPHETS, and that the Lord would put HIS SPIRIT upon them.
The Lord also spoke to Aaron and Mirium who were prophets, how He speaks to them in a dream, but that Moses is not so, MOSES IS FAITHFUL IN ALL HIS HOUSE, the Lord speaks with him mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches, and he beholds the similitude of the Lord. ( but is not in the bosom of the Father.)
The Lords servant Caleb had ANOTHER SPIRIT, and had followed the Lord fully, him the Lord would bring into the land, and his seed would possess it.
The Lord said unto Moses, Take you Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is THE SPIRIT, and lay your hand upon him.
You shall put some of your honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient.
He shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the Lord: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in.
Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I swore unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me.
Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite, and Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the Lord.
Numbers 11:17 And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.
Numbers 11:25 And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.
Numbers 11:29 And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the Lord's people were prophets, and that the Lord would put his spirit upon them!
Numbers 12:6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
Numbers 14:24 But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.
Numbers 27:18 And the Lord said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;
Numbers 27:19 And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.
20 And thou shalt put some of thine honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient.
21 And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the Lord: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.
Numbers 32:11 Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me:
12 Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite, and Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the Lord.
John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Was Moses a PROPHET, with the Spirit of the Lord in him.
Joshua the son of Nun was FULL OF THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM, for Moses had laid his hands upon him, and the children of Israel listened to him as the Lord had commanded Moses.
The children of Israel rebelled and vexed HIS HOLY SPIRIT, then He remembered the days of old, Moses and His people, saying, where is He that brought the up out of the sea with the SHEPHERD of His flock, where is He that put HIs Holy Spirit within him. (WITHIN MOSES HIS SERVANT FAITHFUL IN ALL HIS HOUSE/SHEPHERD of HIs flock.) That led them BY THE RIGHT HAND OF MOSES, with His glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to MAKE HIMSELF AN EVERLASTING NAME.
Deuteronomy 18:15 The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
Deuteronomy 34:9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses.
Isaiah 63:10 But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them.
11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?
12 That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?
For Moses TRULY SAID unto the fathers, a PROPHET shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brothers, like UNTO ME, HIM you shall hear in all things whatsoever He shall say unto you, and EVERY SOUL WHICH WILL NOT HEAR THAT PROPHET, shall be DESTROYED FROM THE AMONG THE PEOPLE.
YES AND ALL THE PROPHETS from Samuel and THOSE THAT FOLLOW AFTER, AS MANY AS HAVE SPOKEN, have LIKEWISE foretold of THESE DAYS, you are the CHILDREN OF THE PROPHETS, and of the COVENANT which God made with our fathers, (CHILDREN OF THE PROPHETS.) saying unto ABRAHAM, and in your SEED, shall all kindreds of the earth BE BLESSED. unto them FIRST, God having raised up HIs Son Jesus, sent Him to BLESS THEM, in turning away EVERY ONE OF THEM FRO THEIR INIQUITIES.
Forty years had expired since Moses fled from Egypt, and there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina, an angel of the Lord, Moses drew near and the voice of the Lord came to him, He is the God of his fathers, the God if Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob,( the children of Israel are the CHILDREN OF THE PROPHETS.) then the Lord told Moses the place where he stands is HOLY GROUND.
This is the Moses who said unto the children of Israel a prophet shall the Lord their God raise up unto them of their brothers, like unto Moses, and they shall hear Him.
Moses was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spoke to him in mount Sina, and who spoke with their fathers who received the lively oracles to give unto them, and their fathers would not obey Moses, but thrust him from them, and in hart turned back to Egypt, and said to Aaron to make them gods, as for Moses, which brought them out of Egypt, they did not know what had become of him.
Acts 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
Acts 7:30 And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush.
31 When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came unto him,
32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold.
33 Then said the Lord to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground.
Acts 7:37 This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear.
38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:
39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
40 Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.
Moses had laid his hands on Joshua at the commandment of the Lord, for Joshua to receive the Spirit of wisdom of the Lord.
The apostles prayed for the Samaritans that they might receive the Holy Ghost, He was fallen upon NONE OF THEM, only they were BAPTISED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS. Then they LAID THEIR HANDSS ON THEM, and they RECEIVED THE HOLY GHOST.
The apostles TESTIFIED and PREACHED THE WORD OF THE LORD, returned to Jerusalem and PREACHED THE GOSPEL in many villages of the Samaritans.
We are built upon the FOUNDATION of the APOSTLES and the PROPHETS, Jesus Christ HIMSELF being THE CHIEF CORNER STONE.
Consider the APOSTLE and HIGH PRIEST of our profession, Christ Jesus.
Who was faithful to Him that appointed him, as also Moses was FAITHFUL IN ALL HIS HOUSE.
For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who has built the house hath more honour than the house.
Moses verily was faithful in all his house, AS A SERVANT, for a TESTIMONY OF THOSE THNGS WHCH WERE TO BE SPOKEN AFTER.
But Christ AS A SON OVR HIS OWN HOUSE; whose house are we, IF WE HOLD FAST THE CONFIDENCE and the REJOICING of the HOPE FIRM UNTO THE END. (NOT IF WE KEEP THE TEN COMMANDMENTS/THEY WERE NOT STEDFAST IN HIS COVENANT/NOT OF FAITH.)
Acts 8:15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
Acts 8:25 And they, when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans.
Ephesians 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
Hebrews 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
Hebrews 3:2 Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.
5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;
6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
