Just means the lower courts are incorrect. A lot of them. We know how this works that those who file suits judge shop, looking for those who have a propensity to rule certain ways. The Supreme Court is Supreme. The lower courts have been wrong on their rulings more often than right.

Maybe not a 6-3, but we've certainly had a 5-4. And thats all it takes.

The court has ruled against Trump and it wont be the last time. Its interesting how things change. As long as the court ruled in favor of your guy it was great.
