The largest benefactors of what they propose are the wealthy. Which is traditionally defined as someone with a minimum of $1 million dollars in liquid assets excluding their home.

That includes high net worth individuals, ultra high net worth individuals, centi-millionaires, billionaires and so on.

I’ve never felt any inclination to engage in hate speech or threaten murder so I’ve never felt the impact of our (UK) laws about what can and cannot be said in public.

I’ve even been an ‘agent of the state’ (in a way) when I’ve had to advise my patients that certain things they say void confidentiality and will be passed on the relevant authorities.
