Did he go to the hospital? From what I could read he was treated by the paramedics on-site, but it was an early report so it doesn't say if he was brought to a hospital. If he was concussed it would be very strange not to bring him to the hospital. Musk said a group tried to attack a woman before DOGE's Edward Coristine intervened. Here's what the police report says.

If there is a better reference I'll gladly read it. Are court proceedings public information in the US? I would guess so, but perhaps not when it involves minors? But if they are, perhaps we could read the judges sentencing argument?

As teens, doubtful. And we are stretching "brutally" if that brutality didn't end up causing anything permanent. Doubt that's a legal term either.

Yes, I've seen the picture already when this happened. Looks bad, but judging by how well he healed and how fast, he was lucky and it looked worse than it was.
