New Here from North Carolina

Hey there!

My name is Lynn, and I was given my middle name Maria when I was baptized this Easter. It has been a long journey toward my faith, which took me from the streets of Brooklyn and the noise of NYC, to a quiet town in North Carolina.

Prayer is still difficult for me, as all the noise of my own mind bothers me. But being an active member of my church, and part of my science fiction group, helps me balance science and faith.

I am also an aspiring author, and accountant by trade.
