There are people who align with either side of the political spectrum and think that killing someone is the answer to solving our differences. It just escalates them. These killers do not represent those of either party. They are extremely misguided individuals who need professional psychological help to bring there thinking down many notches.

The fact is, when the country is ideologically split into two groups, just about every crime is going to be perpetrated by members of one of those two groups.
