  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That says nothing about the economic system where they live. But earlier you implied that they reject capitalism. Im just following up on that.
No I implied that Democrats are really high echelon capitalists.

They get appx half the vote nationally. I dont see how half could = high echelon.

Its the same kind of error as saying everyone is above average.

As I mentioned earlier, you're correct—most of the wealthiest congressional districts in America are Democratic. Why are conservative and Republican districts lagging economically while Democratic ones are thriving?

It is a lame idea that has implications that Greene has not considered. It would bring an economic disaster. Why? Because the bond ratings of the current debt would drop. The assets and liabilities of the United States would have to be split. The dollar would not longer be the world's reserve currency. The ability to run deficits would be curtailed at least until it was shown that the new nations would be able to pay their bills and operate effectively. So many things could go wrong that we take for granted now. A split now would far worse than what Lincoln faced, yet thousands died so we can enjoy what we have today.
I am not even sure if California or Texas could ever break away either perhaps it could be managed, but they still would need to take their share of the debt.

I'm not against this in a way. Why should I have to give my taxes to Republicans, When they want nothing to with Democrat ,except when it comes to money . What should happen, is all Democrats support Democrats people only . And red states take care of them selves .Except for the Democrats in Red States. problem solved.
Sorry. That only causes division. It can go both ways, which is why many people have problems with a two party system.

I suggest splitting by the 2024 election results, by county.

At least wait for midterms. Colors may be changed

I am in a quandary as to whether to start picking out the state I want to move to, start digging a fox hole for the coming civil war, or planning my route to sneak into Canada. Choices, choices.

Nah, let them lie in the nest they made. No takebacks.
We can start with all the taxes from the blue areas staying in the blue areas.
