Maybe. It should be obvious. Because this murder might be potentially racially motivated.
People focusing on the race instead of the crime. Not every black on white crime is racially motivated. What’s the evidence this one was other than he’s black, she’s white?Who is “they”?
Maybe.
Or maybe he’s just a crazy guy looking for an easy target and this was going to happen to anyone. He does have a history of mental illness. Does he have a known history of racially motivated crimes?

Right, I didn’t say that. I said there’s no evidence this was racially motivated other than the races involved. You’re the one saying it was driven by race.Looks like people are focusing on the race AND the crime to me.
I haven’t seen anyone make the claim that every black on white crime is racially motivated here.
My issue with Chauvin was that he choked a man to death while he was already restrained and lying on the ground, not a threat to anyone. My issue with Penny was never the racial aspect either but the vigilantism. He took it upon himself to be judge, jury and executioner.I asked myself a similar question during the Daniel Penny and Derek Chauvin incidents. What’s the evidence this one was racially motivated other than he’s white and he’s black?
I’m sure you had the same issue with those incidents too.
I see no evidence that he’s a racist. Tell me why you think he is.Maybe he is a mentally ill racist. Mental illness and racism are not mutually exclusive. Maybe we’ll find out his true motives someday.
My thoughts on this are well documented. I know what I would do.If you're so concerned about preventing crime, where is your side's plan for dealing with severe mental illness?
He should gave been placed in an institution. He wasn't safe to be on the street. He's proven that. The judge was a liberal and let him go resulting in the death of this woman. What is your proposal for how that bogus phone call charge 9 months ago should have been treated?
I didnt see that thread. I will post on it.Where is your outrage in this other thread about a guy let off from a felony gun charge who would have been in jail had he been convicted of it?
Pretext? Lol, noting how Democrats are typically soft on crime is a fact, not a pretext.Or is all of this merely a pretext for you guys to hypocritically complain about Dems being soft on crime?
Thats incorrect. In news reporting race is only mentioned if its white on black. If its black on white the news is far too often silent on the race. They will use all kinds of other words to avoid noting tge race. If its white on black, race is ALWAYS at the forefront.Usually race is listed when there’s a fugitive on the run so people can help identify them. Since he was apprehended I don’t see how his race is a relevant factor to focus on unless you want to make this about race.
I dont know if tgey are inherently violent or not. But you do have about 5% of the population committing 50% of the violent crime. While its true that the majority of victims of crime are victimized by their own race, white people are far more likely to be victims of black offenders that the other way around. No, they also get to paint black people as inherently violent.
He has a serious mental disorder and he has been violent in the past and brandished a weapon...yes lets release him...Both of which were 5-10 years ago.
…for making a bogus phone call.
Who knows, he has a very serious mental disorder. Was he being treated? There were people sitting all around her but he picked her for some reason...Maybe.
Or maybe he’s just a crazy guy looking for an easy target and this was going to happen to anyone. He does have a history of mental illness. Does he have a known history of racially motivated crimes?

Why, what evidence is there?
My issue with Chauvin was that he choked a man to death while he was already restrained and lying on the ground, not a threat to anyone. My issue with Penny was never the racial aspect either but the vigilantism. He took it upon himself to be judge, jury and executioner.
By the sound of it, it’s you that’s been focused solely on race in each of these cases.
Trump is negotiating peace and hopefully he will lock up all the mentally ill drug-addled vagrant career criminals.Ukrainian lives matter unless Russia is killing them.
It doesn't help your case when you start pulling numbers out of thin air.I dont know if tgey are inherently violent or not. But you do have about 5% of the population committing 50% of the violent crime.
What does the law say? I highly doubt the court has the power force people into care just willy nilly. I don't remember from this thread if the call was a felony or a misdemeanor case, but I doubt the court has the power to do that unless there was violance in THIS case. They can't convict or do something solely based on previous cases, it has to be relevant to what's in front of them at the moment. He has a serious mental disorder and he has been violent in the past and brandished a weapon...yes lets release him...
