You know who else just about ignored it, too? Fox News. She was killed on Aug 22. Fox News ran one, somewhat brief, story on Aug 26:

but they didn't run anything again until Sep 8, after the video was released. Apparently they didn't think she was that big of a deal, either.

Fox News ran one. Four days later. None if the other major news sources said or did anything concerning this career criminal black man brutally murdering a white woman. The cover up actually was done by the local democratic government. When the local news eventually ran the story WCNC there was no mention of anything about the race of the man.

Even Wikipedia was working on deleting this story. Yes ignoring this story is what happened by the lame stream media. The local government tried to suppress it. All because it didn't fit a narrative they wanted to tell.

One being this man was a black man.
Two this black man had an extensive history of being a violent criminal and was still on the street.

The city didnt want this video released and it wasn't until weeks later it finally came out. Even now news sources are sanitizing any video. When Floyd was killed we saw the video, every day all day all the time. Yet when we get some Blackman murdering a white woman for no reason we get nothing for weeks and then hardly any major news outlets put anything out. We all know if some white guy did this to a black guy what kind of news reaction there would be. Remember Daniel Penny?

No this is just another example of failures of the Democratic run justice systems in these Democratic run cities. And the media bias when it comes to black on white crime.

This man has previous charges on armed robbery, assault, breaking and entering to name a few. He should have been put away a while ago and taken off the street. We have a violent felon who we know also has issues with serious I psychosis. He recently was arrested on misuse of 911 when called to report that nan made materials were inside his body and controlled his mind. We have a violent felon experiencing psychosis experiencing behaviors that are extremely concerning and a liberal judge lets him walk with no bail. Her decision not to keep him locked up allowed him to board public transportation and murder an innocent Ukranian immigrant.

And the answer to this was for the media to stay all but silent on it. But they will be all over it when Daniel Penny takes down a violent man on a subway who was threatening to kill someone because Oenny was white and the man was black.

Perhaps, but getting somebody involuntarily committed is difficult everywhere, not just in places run by Democrats.

The fact is no one tried to put him in one despite his behaviors. If they couldn't have gotten him in one the prison will do. It turns out that the biggest predictor of future criminal behavior is past criminal behavior. This guy had enough chances that he should have been locked up permanently or at least for 50 years. Then this poor woman would still be alive.

Brown previously served five years in prison for armed robbery and had been arrested for assaulting his own sister. Brown had a diagnosed history of schizophrenia and a record of violent behavior. Stokes released him anyway...without bail...

If you're so concerned about preventing crime, where is your side's plan for dealing with severe mental illness? What is your proposal for how that bogus phone call charge 9 months ago should have been treated? Where is your outrage in this other thread about a guy let off from a felony gun charge who would have been in jail had he been convicted of it?

Usually race is listed when there’s a fugitive on the run so people can help identify them. Since he was apprehended I don’t see how his race is a relevant factor to focus on unless you want to make this about race.
