DOJ says names of two potential co-conspirators to whom Epstein wired $100k and $250k should stay secret​

The Justice Department request came after NBC News asked a federal judge to unseal the names of two people Epstein paid and helped protect from prosecution.

[The payments came] days after the Miami Herald began publishing a series of investigative stories where victims criticized a plea deal he received in Florida in 2008.

As part of the plea agreement, Epstein secured a statement from federal prosecutors in Florida that the two individuals would not be prosecuted.

The payments became public after Epstein was indicted and arrested in New York in 2019 and asked to be released on bail. Federal prosecutors in New York filed a memorandum on July 16, 2019, that argued Epstein should remain in jail to prevent him from tampering with witnesses.

Prosecutors wrote that on Nov. 30, 2018, Epstein “wired $100,000 from a trust account he controlled, to an individual named as [REDACTED] a potential co-conspirator — and for whom Epstein obtained protection in — the NPA.”

Prosecutors added that “the same records show that just three days later, on or about December 3, 2018, the defendant wired $250,000 from the same trust account to [REDACTED], who was also named as a potential co-conspirator — and for whom Epstein also obtained protection in — the NPA.”

We have Trump denying the allegation - Maxwell who handled all the nastiness saying Trump never did anything and now the survivors stating on camera that Trump was not involved.


But hey! Trump is still guilty - right?

I think they realize that accusing Trump will keep the files from being released. It is the same type of thing we see when the tech CEOs cater to and thank Trump. He needs pampering to keep from responding harshly. They want the files released.


Michael Wolff, author of Fire and Fury, also interviewed Epstein with plans for a biography. There are tapes. He says he was shown a picture(s) of Trump with topless girls who were young. We know from Trump himself that he would go into the dressing rooms of the Miss Teen Universe contestants and "inspect" the contestants, which is pretty lecherous. We know that he was found liable for sexual assaut ("adjudicated rapist" per the judge). We know he bragged about kissing women and grabbing their privates against their will because we heard his say it in the Entertainment Tonight video.

I don't know if Trump is guilty but his actions sure seem to support it. Calling it a Democrat hoax looks like guilt to me.
If the files are released, they will be so redacted as to be useless. OR, as one DOJ aide, Joseph Schnitt, who was recently secretly videotaped, said they will redact all the Republicans but not the Democrats.

Then there is this, as Attorney Michael Popak wrote:
"There is only 1 lawyer on planet earth who cross examined Jeffrey Epstein 3 x on behalf of his child sex trafficking victims, and who filed the video of the depositions in the public record and his name is Spencer Kuvin." He has had a few interviews now. I need to review the interview better to make sure it is not too informative (as in graphic descriptions) to be on this site.

The Biden administration did not make it an election issue, and Biden didn't interfere with the DOJ. Until this presidential term, the DOJs operated independently and presidents did not interfere. It was such a strong issue, that when ex-President Clinton spoke to Loretta Lynch on a tarmac for a few minutes, the right reacted hysterically, practically pulling their hair out (metaphorically). Now there is blatant interference by the President and the right does not care.

According to Speaker Johnson, Trump was an FBI informant with Epstein as the target. So now I'm left wondering how one can inform on that which they did not participate in, or at the very least observe, and how one becomes an informant to a hoax that doesn't exist.

If he is such a hero, bringing down pedophiles and sex traffickers, why would he not want such good deeds exposed?

I actually wouldn't put it past him to be an informant, but often those are little guys who aren't necessarily clean, but can get charges waived or reduced in exchange for their help in getting the big fish at the top.

Another woman, model Stacey Williams, accused Trump of groping her after she was brought to Trump Tower in Manhattan by Epstein to greet Trump. The president has also denied her allegations.​
