No. 1) Dose makes the poison. 2) Importing poison (strychnine, arsenic, etc.) is not illegal and not murder. 3) Capitalism is not murder. 4) Gun running is not murder. 5) Selling a substance that people voluntarily, knowing want to purchase and use is not murder.

I for one support this. If the courts uphold that it's lawful, eventually I, as a military officer, will be able to declare people terrorists and drug dealers and be able to eliminate them. As long as there's no evidence other than my word.

I define 'murder' as taking a human life without cause or authority. All I am saying is that intentionally killing is not enough to define murder. Otherwise every judge who gave the death sentence would be a murderer.

There has never been a formal declaration of "war on terror".

Technically no, though there were AUMF passed by Congress which have the same purpose. Those AUMFs were twisted into pretzels, but at least they existed. There is nothing like that currently in US law that can even be used as a fig leaf to justify this act.
