If people would start listening to the actual residents of DC and how they welcome the additional crack down on crime they would have a different point of view. The problem here is the liberal politicians engaged in CYA , radical (in some cases) paid protesters, biased news reporting, and padded statistics . The fact is DC is near the top of the list in crime statistics even after the fake claimed improvement. The real everyday people with no political ax to grind do not believe crime is down in DC.

That is why your point is so dull - the worse situation was NOT an emergency, but a considerably improved situation has been declared one.

Hurricanes are discrete, not on-going over time. In this case, a guy getting carjacked by three teenagers is being treated as a hurricane - bad analogy. Or a crime rate is being treated as several hurricanes - baffling analogy, at best.

I think you've shown pretty well that you aren't interested in addressing the point. A serious crime rate and a serious problem can be as bad an emergency as a hurricane based on the number of people affected by it and the damage it causes to people's lives.

The truth is far too many people look at like you do. Sometimes we fet so used to it being bad that we no longer note its effects. We ignore them. Because no one actually does anything about it we just accept it. When we actually should be upset about it and demand something be done. And in this case, something is being done.

Why didn't Biden release this under his term? You're continual rants are meaningless because you didn't challenge Biden at all regarding the release of the list or whatever. I mean, had he done so, if you are correct, everyone would have been made aware of what Trump was a pedophile. It would have been so simple. But Biden didn't. Did you see rhe video? That dude was putting on a wild performance. Yelling, getting in their face, calling them Nazis bending up.and down, jumping a little and then wound up and threw the sandwich as well as any major league pitcher. Then he took off running. What a performance! Now he really is famous! And he's now going to be famous in jail without work.

I dont know the laws in DC or the federal laws that would govern this situation. In my state it wouldnt have been considered a felony becauae the officer wasnt Injured or wasn't in danger of being injured. However it would still be a misdemeanor assault.
