Most Americans think the Trump administration is covering up evidence in the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s federal case, according to a new poll.

A poll conducted by The Economist and YouGov from July 11 to 14 found 67 percent of Americans believe the government is hiding evidence related to the late financier, who died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal charges related to the sexual abuse of dozens of minor girls. He had pleaded guilty in 2008 to Florida charges of soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution.

Understood however, Epstein was arrested in July 2019 and he died in August 2019. Though assigned as his lawyer, there would not have been enough time for complete discovery if any ,at all , was released to him.

There was plenty of time for discovery. However, the issue is the so-called list not being revealed.
Fact is, there was no list and the names in the FBI redacted file were the alleged accusers.

As Dershowitz said, it Trump was involved you can bet it would've been revealed by the
Democrats in the last election. As it was, they tried to lie about it at first until they were
proven wrong.

We really don't know what the truth is. But it's nice to see that it's come around to bite some of the people hyping the story.

The Biden administration would have. If anything were there it would have long been known.

The cynical part of me suspects that there are democrats as well as Trump who were pals with Epstein, and that all of them were to some degree complicit in his behavior.

Whether there's a list or not, supposedly two-thirds of Americans think Trump is covering up Epstein evidence. Personally, I think two-thirds is low. And yes, I think the whole thing reeks of cover-up. I also think this has like JFK theories, taken on a life of it's own and there will always be a significant percentage of Americans who think there's been a cover-up.
